Who are we

My name is Semvua and I live at northern Tanzania.

​

I was born in a village Maasai near Lake Natron. As a teenager, I left the village to come to town and study. My mother tongue is Maasai, then I learned Swahili. I studied to become a guide, and I also learned the English and the French.

​

I work as French-speaking guide since 2013 and I love my job.

​

I now live in Arusha with my wife Valentine who is Belgian and our daughter. She has a social project with women from the community in Arusha, Mawimbi.

​

I want you to discover my country, its culture, all the beautiful things that can be seen there. I therefore propose to help you organize your safari and to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible during your trip.

​

To offer you all this I am not alone. We form a super crew with many French-speaking guides, a logistics team, the administrative team at the office who take care of answering emails, booking accommodation, making payments, etc.

​

But it is above all une family history. My little brother, Dula, is also a French-speaking guide and will accompany you during your safari. My mom, Mama Semvua, will be happy to welcome you to her home in the small village of Ngaramtoni to take you to the market and cook a traditional dish. My dad, Salehe, takes care of the transfers by car. My wife, Valentine, is always available to answer all your practical questions.

 

Beyond the simple trip, it is important to me to make you live a real human and authentic experience.
