A big thank you to Semvua, Valentine and our driver Lazaro for the wonderful stay we have just had as a family. We wanted to entrust it to a local agency, which seemed obvious to us for the good knowledge of the parks and lodges, and everything went very well: from the preparation in complete transparency via whatsapp and viso, to the choice of the route with the Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro then the Serengeti with an incredible balloon flight and Tarangire. We were always very well placed to see the animals and our driver allowed us to see the big 5 and many others. The lodges were great, extremely well located and comfortable and we were also able to share a moment in a Maasai village. But what also stood out to us was their daily attention: our daughter had a dental abscess the morning we left for the safari and they immediately found a qualified dentist who prescribed the right antibiotics, which allowed him to spend his stay peacefully. Some of our luggage had not arrived: no worries, it was delivered to the Serengeti by small plane! “Hakuna matata” (There is no problem) and always a solution. And very good advice for Zanzibar with extremely competitive contacts in terms of prices. Many thanks !
